14-Day Returns
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Maison Des Élites purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Any promotional items, complimentary samples, or gifts must also be returned where applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our Client Care team at lamaisondeselites@outlook.com
and include your order number.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Returns must be prepaid. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend shipping with tracking via Canada Post, as Maison Des Élites is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the matter promptly.
